How the workflow fits eBay selling
After wholesale account approval, you browse the catalog, download listing images, and create eBay listings at prices you choose. When an order arrives on eBay, you place a matching order on Nova Bazaar with the buyer’s address and selected options (size, color, etc.).
You are responsible for your eBay account health, listing policies, customer messages, and returns according to eBay rules and your stated policies.

Handling times and shipping expectations
eBay requires accurate handling times. Product pages and the seller dashboard show estimated handling and shipping windows. These are planning estimates — not guaranteed delivery dates.
Build buffer into your eBay handling time for payment confirmation on your Nova Bazaar order (orders stay Pending until admin confirms payment).
What you need before listing
An approved Nova Bazaar seller account (10,000 PKR security deposit explained on the help page), an active eBay seller account in good standing, and listings that accurately describe the product you order from our catalog.
Important limitations
- We do not guarantee eBay sales, search ranking, or account approval.
- We do not guarantee delivery dates — only estimated handling and shipping windows.
- You must comply with eBay policies and applicable import rules in the buyer’s country.
Common questions
- Do I need inventory on hand?
- No. You list from our catalog and order when your eBay buyer pays. You are not required to stock products yourself.
- Who ships to my eBay buyer?
- Nova Bazaar ships to the address you provide when placing your wholesale order, typically via tracked export carriers.
- Does Nova Bazaar create eBay listings for me?
- No. You create and manage eBay listings. We provide catalog data, images for approved sellers, and fulfillment when you order.
