Website analytics & monitoring

We use first-party operational analytics to understand how visitors use the public website and the seller signup funnel (for example page views, device type, country when provided by our hosting platform, and signup or membership milestones). This data helps us operate and secure the service. Analytics session identifiers are random first-party cookies and are separate from your login session. We do not use these analytics to store passwords, verification codes, payment-proof images, bank details, chat messages, or private form field values. IP addresses used for security and fraud monitoring may be stored in hashed or masked form; full IP addresses are only revealed to platform Super Admins through audited actions when investigating abuse.

Optional third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics) load only when configured for this deployment. Strictly necessary cookies support authentication, security, and basic site operation.

Data retention
