No. It is not charged on top of your first order. If your first order is 20,000 PKR and you already paid 10,000 PKR, you only pay the remaining 10,000 PKR.

You unlock wholesale pricing, listing images, and the full catalog. You can list products on eBay, Etsy, and other trusted sales platforms, then place orders when your customers buy.

Most applications are reviewed within 24 hours after we receive your security deposit and complete your profile.

Your order moves from Pending to confirmed and then into production. You will see status updates in your dashboard and by email.

No. We only start production after admin confirms payment. This protects both you and our team.

Check My Orders in your dashboard. Status changes from Pending to Under admin review, then Confirmed and In production as your order progresses.

Yes, if you were approved but received no sale or order, you can request a refund. We return 50% of the security deposit (5,000 PKR).

The other 50% covers system setup, account processing, and service costs that happen even when no sale occurs. We explain this upfront so there are no surprises.

It is the 5,000 PKR portion of your 10,000 PKR deposit that covers account setup and processing. It is not returned if you received approval but no orders.

Open a support ticket from your dashboard or contact us with your account email. We verify that you had no completed orders, then process eligible refunds.
