What you’ll do
- Manage the team and oversee daily office operations.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and follow up on progress.
- Coordinate with sales, customer support, production, and HR.
- Handle vendor issues and follow up on supplies and commitments.
- Resolve customer issues that need management support.
- Monitor team performance and help staff achieve their targets.
- Build and improve simple SOPs for daily work.
- Share regular updates with management on progress and problems.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in operations or team management.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and daily tasks.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle vendor and customer issues professionally.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to take responsibility and make practical decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience in retail or e-commerce operations.
- Experience managing production and order fulfillment.
- Experience working with KPIs and SOPs.
