What you’ll do
- Post jobs, shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews.
- Help new staff complete their joining process.
- Maintain employee documents and records.
- Create simple staff KPIs with management.
- Write and update SOPs for daily work.
- Support staff with basic HR matters.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in HR or staff hiring.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to write clear documents and follow up on tasks.
- Ability to handle employee information confidentially.
Nice to have
- Experience in retail or e-commerce.
- Experience creating KPIs and SOPs.
