What you’ll do
- Manage daily activities on our eBay and Etsy accounts.
- Create and update product listings, pricing, and stock details.
- Improve listings to attract customers and increase sales.
- Respond to customer messages and help convert queries into orders.
- Coordinate with the team for timely order dispatch.
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer issues.
- Monitor account health and follow platform policies.
- Achieve sales targets and share regular performance updates.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience managing eBay or Etsy accounts.
- Understanding of product listings, keywords, and marketplace sales.
- Ability to manage accounts independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good written English and customer communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Nice to have
- Experience managing both eBay and Etsy.
- Experience with marketplace advertising.
- Experience selling leather products.
