- Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages and calls.
- Guide customers about products and placing orders.
- Help customers with order confirmation, tracking, and updates.
- Handle complaints, returns, and exchange requests according to company policies.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve customer issues.
- Keep clear records of customer queries and follow up on pending issues.
What we’re looking for
- Good communication skills in Urdu and basic English.
- Polite and patient attitude with customers.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Ability to stay organized and follow up on queries.
- Willingness to learn about our products and policies.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce.
- Experience handling customers on WhatsApp and social media.
